| Bob McGown the well known Golfer and man about Blackpool realised one of his life ambitions recently, he attended "The Masters in Augusta" |
| Leaving a cool Manchester on April 4th he flew to a balmy Georgia arriving in the USA he settled in at the Hilton Head Island Golf Club. After a few days of practice he travelled to Augusta, unfortunately he didn't come out of the hat for a "Wild Card" in the tournament. |

| However he had a great time watching some awesome golf and not doubt enjoyed a couple of relaxing drinks. When asked about next year's qualification the canny scot replied "Who knows, in the mean time I'll just enjoy playing Golf!" |
